I should of checked, but I think I was firing flaylock rounds at sniper rifle speed cause it was travelling alot farther then I expected. that said I quickly swapped weapons to get rid of the glitch, I suppose I should of played with it more.

the damage was the same. then they boosted it by 10% when they boosted most of the weapons damage by 10% after uprising on the flip side they increased the cpu required by about 70, and the pg required by about 30

the madruger uses a blaster which is strong against shield. most infantry based AV is explosive though, so versus infantry the gunlogi has the edge, versus tanks the madruger has the edge.

I run caldari because it has high shields and 4 high slots, high slots are more useful then low slots, and shields are better then armor. it's not complicated or even difficult to understand.
