I once saw dust fiend in a match, I was pretty happy to kill him a lot.... I also lose a lot of suits hunting named snipers from the forums, I usually get tunnel vision and get taken out by the infantry heh...

if it was me i'd suggest using it on maxing a proto suit of choice because that wait is frustrating in the long run, then get yourself specced into a decent proto weapon, then focus the remaining skills on your shield pg electronics and armor skills
