pretty much as stated above. the delay makes hitting peak-abo's nearly impossible, and if you can't do that what's the point of a long ranged weapon, the scrambler is just more versatile imo. the combat rifle on the other hand is a short to mid ...

my boosters ran out, and with all the good packs gone I will no longer be giving CCP money. i have enough aurum left for 2 3 days boosters while I will save for triple sp weeks, and that will be that. good job marketing.
