Whether that will remain that way will be interesting to watch. I have run over LAVs by accident and been crushed by HAVs as well. Both turning right to avoid a crash will give that result. Oops. However, what is Known And Well Stated is you will be banned for shooting other players. Apparently even if they are in a HAV. Makes one wonder if sniping a friendly DS will get the same result? I understand what you say perfectly actually. Heres what I'm getting at. It doesnt matter if its negligible damage or not, 1+1 is 2 and you do that for 2 full mags of ammunition that can actually add up. A lav impacting a player if your mobile can do anywhere in the range of 0 to 10000 damage according to a few kill feeds that have happened to me. Then it keeps track of that through the game. Then you add a couple dozen ar rounds at 10% efficiency to heavy shielding, a basic ar does 34 i think it is per bullet. This means 3.4 per bullet to the shields. No point adding in a hardener for friendly small arms fire so no further modification. We will say it has 54 minimum ammo per mag and 60 max if you were using one of the other ars. Or the exile. So you did minimum of 367.2 damage or at maximum 408 from your ar fire to the tank. Doesnt look like a small amount to me. Now add in that your car exploded when it blew up and did in fact do damage to the tank as well. Theres the rest of the damage. Dedicated scout. I went to jihad ~~jeep~~ LAV a tank with a LAV i spent my own money on. Managed to kill the tank with only 4 REs, but got kicked right after for FF against my own vehicle, that I paid for. They can't even copy Battlefield without sucking the fun out of it. I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"
