i though you guys would have noticed this long time ago cosidering that almost all armour weaponry has been reaceving nerfs most of the time while shield weaponry has been getting mostly buffs overall and if you dont belive just see for yourself ...

i just wish that CCP revert it back to where it was , sure it overheated less, but it had an almost 1 second delay in firing its burst and if you screwed up with 1 burst you were in big trouble as the other heavy , not only did not take any damage...
