In theory it sounds good, but in practice you should never mess with aim sensitivity. These changes are for the better despite any sense of realism you might want to push onto the game. Having aim sens coupled with move speed was the worst thing...

Still though, it would be nice if you could play harder to cap faster. Getting more SP/WP would be a really nice change. As it is, you still pretty much have to play the same number of matches whether or not you score any points, which is a bumme...
