I try to use the charge shot on the ScR when I notice my aim is getting sup par. This really helps making sure you depend on getting your first shot on target every single time, and improves over all accuracy.

I got my first proto weapon (The ScP of all things. I wanted those 11 rounds per clip) around September. I didn't get my first proto dropsuit until mid December even though I had 15 mill SP (I really need to stop spending SP on random stuff.)
