The spawning system does indeed need work. Way too often you can get regularly spawn-killed to no fault of your own (NOT using Uplinks or CRUs) just because the system is biased to spawn you near your team mates, disregarding that they are swarmed...

2 - Don't segregate and 3 - make joystick as good as KB for vehicles I just use a DS3 from my sofa, using a KB/M is out of the question in terms of comfort. That said, I don't want to lose the KB/M players.

There are games with similar concepts. For one, I remember Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood's multiplayer mode had this thing where you had to complete challenges in order to unlock evolved versions of abilities, like a rapid-reloading Throwing Knife...
