1.05 extra meters per second on a standard assault. Scouts would be slightly more, heavies way less. 2% would be better. OR lower it to a 1x or 2x cause honestly it's not worth the SP

The problem is back in the day the breach was considered Op. the douvolle was still better than it, but in CQC breach would win, and most battles were CQC. So despite better stats the breach was considered better than the douvolle. Ccp over-nerf...
