Well... on my Caldari alt, I put one point into Caldari logi so I can use the basic Caldari Logi suit (for support, not assault). Every single one of my Cal logi fittings are not unusable after the nerf. This does not sit well with me.

Perhaps it should be a module that you activate. It being passive seems OP. I certainly would not complain if such a thing is implemented (unless a good tanker makes good use of the module to kill me, then I'll complain for a second or two).
