I agree, it needs to be increased a lot, but not TOO much. I've never done a real PC,so I'm not sure what that's like, but I have had matches where everyone gives their all the entire time. if it's anything like that, then I'm all for it.

join Kirjuun Heiian chat channel. it's one of the main Caldari FW channels. find a nice squad, as in people who can actually hold their own against proto. and they must be good team players. in CaldariFW, you need as many advantages as possible.
