I have to admit, this does seem kind of lame. To anyone not skilled into Scouts (Gallente, if you want the suit bonuses) Black Eagles are a novelty item at best. If the player market was open it might be different.

I've been shot more than once by someone who appeared to be scanning. I'm not sure if this is just a graphics glitch where the scanner's light stays on or if people have found a way to change to a weapon mid-scan. Has anyone else seen this?
