I've noticed it happens 100% of the time if you fire and THEN zoom in while still firing. Not sure if that's what you're experiencing, but guaranteed way to make it impossible to aim.

Do you have 2 of the same item equipped somewhere? Like the same shield extender equipped in 2 slots? If you do, that's why. You have 30 total, not 30 in each of those slots.

Hold R2, highlight it with the right stick, let go of R2 to swap to it, throw one down with R1. They're ammo resupplies. Some of the higher level ones replenish armor as well.

Yeah, there's direct damage listed for a reason. Sometimes you get wonky visuals from a miss, though, and the round will wrap around objects when you barely don't hit it. That's what you're experiencing. Direct hits mess people up pretty badly.

Universal Voice Transmitters are for voice chat in any tab that isn't Squad or Team (Local can't have voice). So yeah you'd need it for Corp.
