Are horribly inaccurate. Is this supposed to be like this? My gunners don't get many kills and I myself have trouble getting hits when in my small turrets. |

Hybrid turrets are very accurate, except when blueberries get behind the turret of my LAV- then they literally can't hit an LAV consistently enough to deal serious damage.
Missile turrets have terrible accuracy, however. |

What small turrets are you reffering to??
Railguns = Useless
Missiles = Useless
Blasters are the way to go for small turrets |

I have a suspicion that the hit boxes of the tanks are often blocking the small turrets even though it looks like the line of fire is clear. The front turret I usually do ok in with a small blaster. It's the top one that I can barely hit anything with. |

There's vector problems or whatever with vehicles in motion that cause small turrets to twitch all over the place due to latency causing the perceived location of the turret to warp all around, so shots go haywire and many times not toward where you're aiming. Seems to really only affect ground vehicles, with it bumping all around thanks to terrain irregularities.
To the above, yeah, top turrets on HAVs hit the main turret a lot it seems. I brought it up to one of the devs just the other day and he said he'd take a look at it. |

Have you looked at the stats on the railguns? If that's what you're using, a militia assault rifle does more damage.
Also, anything with a high rate of fire is pure poop in this game. I believe there is a problem with hit detection and barely discernable lag. |

I skill small turrets (yes there is a skill and yes is counts when your a tank support gunner) and sometimes I do better than the driver in terms of kills.
The best way to ride is be a solo support gunner and swap between placements.
Both turrets MUST be blasters though. Missiles are buggy and the rail gun is just LOL. |

Small rails have really low efficiency vs not-infantry for some reason. I've been trying to shove it into the devs' faces lately whenever I catch them in IRC. |

The problem I'm noticing with the top turret doesn't seem to be motion related, because I often won't hit a target even when both the tank and the target are stilling still and not do any damage. On the other hand if the tank isn't moving too fast I can still kill people with the front turret. Only reason I can't do it when going fast is the turrets do so little damage that a fast moving tank moves the target out of my firing arc before they're even taking armor damage. |

I think we need a better aiming reticule for them as well. It'd sure help a bit more with aiming. That single dot reticule can only go so far. And I mean figuratively because literally they actually don't go that far. |
