Why not just make scanner precision drop a bit at range, like 0-25m it's at its stronges, 26-50m it drops a db or 2, then 51+ it drops 5db or something.

Wait until you experience officer stomping, basically 0 deaths from militia, basically 0 deaths at all. On another note, best lulz suit is dragonfly assault bpo + 3 cplx sidearm dmg mods + kubo's ion (prof5 helps). I have loads of fun with that.

About a year ago I picked it up and slapped it on a cal assault. I wouldn't say I was the best with it, I could get 10-20 kills with it if I tried. I've since respec'd out of it and now can't wait to trade away the quafe bpo I have.
