How many of you used the PLC before Scouts got cloaks as an alternative to Shotguns? I want to see a show of hands of all the OG PLC users. I want to know who are those crazy mofos who thought they could make something decent out of it before anything was changed. I'm talking May 14, 2013 to late January of 2014 users.

First dozen or so times I ran it I never even hit anything and when I finally did it was a parked empty LAV. Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair.

When I am in the zone so to speak I can put hot plasma anywhere its needed, I am amazed I don't get more mail after some of the shots I've made. On a galcom it can 3 shot a lot of tanks and slaps DS's out of the sky with great effect. Be it scouting, assaulting or logi-ing I have a fit built around doing the job with a PLC. Acquisition is terrible, matchmaking is terrible, your game is still riddled with bugs, you should feel bad.

But once its out, sure, i'm going to use it on any infantry in my way. Its the best weapon for mobile AV, no two ways about it. Forge guns are great from a rooftop, but horrible at getting from place to place. Swarms are best against dropships, sure, but i prefer to dogfight than camp a roof. So PLCs are the go-to AV for me. Redline for Thee, but no Redline for Me.
