My active scanner has consistently been unable to refire after its cooldown. I have to switch weapons and back to the scanner to get it working right.

I noticed on tanks and lavs, the effect only shows up on the small turrets and nothing else. Also a lot of times when railgun turrets overheat, there isn't any visible effect on the turret that shows it did.

Bringing up the Equipment wheel using the Playstation Move wand cancels all movement input from the navigation controller and left analog stick from DS3 controllers.

On Spine Crescent Skirmish, when spawning on the Caldari MCC, I sometimes spawn on the exit hole and start immediately falling. I can also get stuck inside the wall of MCC by the door facing the enemy MCC.
