'Dren' shotgun for me. It's better than the militia, so it can't be the militia. I also like the Duvolle and K5 specialist, but they aren't worth the fitting requirements you need for the kin cats.

+1. Change assaults to a running speed of 7.5 (Caldari and Gallente) and 7.2 for Amarr (don't know about minmatar...). Scouts should at least run at 8.2, and of course minmatar should run faster.

I'd max out my shields, armor, CPU, and PG, then spec into prof 4 shotguns with complex kin cats, shields, and caldari assault. Also I'd stay advanced Amarr Logistics.
