The Biotics skill itself I believe is fine. It's a marginal increase but totally worth it. The KinCat efficiency bonus is a joke and really needs to be bumped up however.

I agree. We need more options when it comes to how the game runs. I would much rather take a huge hit to how good the game looks to prevent frame drops that are quite common and the input lag that occasionally accompanies it.
