Please don't make the MCC count as a vehicle.

I could see sooo many ways people would abuse this that it isn't even funny.

It would be nice to get anti shield AV at some point as well(fluxes don't count as AV =.=) I.E. Heavy laser and plasma weapons. If we get weapons good for shields we:
A. Can stop trying to balance rail and explosive AV against something they aren't supposed to be effective against
B. Inspire TEAMWORK! This would promote AV kill squads where one person packs anti shield AV and one person brings anti armor AV to more efficiently neutralize enemy assets.

I think it's because some ******* exploiting mother******* were abusing the mechanic. But CCP being who they are decided to remove it for everyone instead of fixing it

By purpose I mean damage wp. For every 2000 damage dealt to a vehicle, award 25 wp to the infantry (or something like that). That way, infantry will actually be rewarded for pushing a tank back, not only for destroying it.

This would go a long way to fix av. And actually give AVers a sence of accomplishment. Reward people for actually scarring tanks away, instead of just destroying them. This would also be making av a viable and actual role on the battlefield and not just a thing between between slaying just to kill a pesky tank.

Just like a logi is rewarded for repping make swarmers rewarded for swarming. As for the ******* people that will find a way to exploit it, LET THEM BE. It's not like they're accomplishing much anyways. Don't penalize an entire community for something only a handfull are doing.

Ps: make it so only AV infantry gets damage WP. Tanks getting wp for that would be really abusive.

really thats not the issue. the problem is you cant get close to enemy tanks to use swarms in their current state. your likely to be 1 shot after your first volley and before you do 2000 damage with swarms imparticular. you cant defend yourself against any light weapons because your only on sidearm that is if you can fit one and you don't stand a chance in the open which is were you need to be when using swarms because of the lock on. 25wp for losing a 150k isk av setup is not going to bring back most of the old av users.and using cheap gear is counter productive because your now not only weak against other infantry but now your even weaker against tanks and doing less damage so not earning that 25wp.
