I hadn't considered a different point of view. I assumed most people would run in with reckless abandon. It is good that you need to be within the zone to receive the SP. Otherwise, snipers rule.

In fact, if CCP were to expand out of Molden Heath; the game can be utterly destroyed by a large enough ground force flaunting these boosters. The level of Drugged Blue Doughnut will be too damned high.
