All I can say is: Bomber/Torpedo frigate fleets in EVE are just like scouts are supposed to be. Fast, hard to hit, low HP and huge hit and run alpha. If you are well coordinated, you can blow up whole fleets with a few bombers. Everyone is QQing...

I think the snare effect on bullets is the reason why players tank their scouts with huge buffers. Just sayin'. Buffers > Speed in Dust 514.

This has to be hotfixed ASAP. Lets assume its not only core HP skills applying, it could be profile dampening skills, precision skills, range amp skills not applying as well..

Assaults need a bonus to reduced fitting cost of tanking mods as well. Shield extender/recharger/regulator fitting cost reduction for minmatar and caldari. Armor plate/repper fitting cost reduction for amarr and gallente.
