I'm sure there is somewhere. If you're just looking for how much it costs from zero to proto though, I believe the basic frames are about 1.2 million and the specialized frames are about 2.5 million.
Nova Knives are OP! Nerf em before you lose all your proto suits!

Press triangle on a skill & find its skill multiplier.
Regular frames are x4, and specialisations are x8
The base for maxing a skill is 310,910 SP.
So a x8 skill is 2,487,280 SP.
The easier option is to go to level up the skill and you will be shown how much each level will cost and how much more SP you will need to reach it.

To Level 2: +18,650 (Total to this level 24,870)
To Level 3: +43,530 (Total to this level 68,400)
To Level 4: +87,060 (Total to this level 155,460)
To Level 5: +155,460 (Total to this level 310,920)
Multiply these numbers by the training cost multiplier of the skill (For example standard weapon operation skills are 2x, weapon proficiency is 5x, dropsuit equipment is usually 3x, racial basic dropsuits are 4x, racial specialized dropsuits are 8x) |

547,200. The "Total to this level" on the chart includes that level plus the skillpoints needed for every level before that
Don't forget to add on Caldari medium frames level 3 that you need to train the caldari assault skill, that's a 4x so another 273,600 or 820,800 in total if you wanted advanced assault suits from scratch |
