The problem with the SCR is that the charge slows you down, and with the TAC out there, you can't afford to be shot, ever. Speed is the only thing that keeps you alive as a scout. The minmatar logi makes a better ninja hacker than any of the scou...

The MCC is a warship. You shouldn't be able to sit under the enemy warship and farm kills, redline or not. So, the enemy sniping from inside the MCC makes perfect sense, to me at least.
