Minmatar assault. It has 5 high slots for stacking damage mods, and a sidearm to use when you NEED to. It can also be really fast, allowing you to run to a good position to rain missiles on the enemy.

I ran tests with Nova Knives adv and they will one shot anyone who is not at least an adv assault focused on their tank. It seems melee does indeed stack. Sensors help A LOT. It's a novelty weapon though, for now.
