Squads are effective because we can organize better than your average random, only if everyone has a mic though. You can also suit your play style to better help out the rest of your team by covering for each others weaknesses, that's easier to do...

What if any squad that used an OB simply had their winnings for that match reduced? Or maybe just the squad leader since he's the one that calls it in. I think they're fine as is though, not sure why people want to see everything nerfed.
