In about 30 minutes, I ended up losing around 25 games worth of ISK. How? Well, All of my vehicles, worth about 4 mllion ISK , magically disappeared after a internal server error. Well, I rebought a Sica, and did a match to start earning the ISK back. Decided to throw it out at the end, the match ended, and it disappeared as well. Well, I was ready to break my controller in half, say **** this, and stop playing, yet I kept on playing. The last match that I just played, I called in the Sica, moved 5 feet, and the thing blew up, as some ungodly powerful AV nuke at me. So here's what's going to happen: I want the 6 million ISK, or my $20 from the merc pack. This is some pure BS......

One of those is a bug on CCP side - report it properly and you may get refunded.

Yeah, If you disconnect, or get disconnected as in your case, then any vehicle still on the map is gone for good. |

1. If you already reported the issue to CCP, I'm not sure why you decided to post here. That said, there is a section of the forums dedicated to bugs and issues where you can (objectively) report the issue and ask for follow up. General discussion is meant for talking about the game in general, and not to report issues with the software.
2. You have put hours into a beta, which you were told was not a finishted product when you signed up. Bugs are epxected, and you have a responibility of a beta tester to properly report them. Being upset is ok, but if you expected a finished game that was free of issues then the problem lays with your expectations of the current status of the game. Also, the merc pack doesn't give you anything related to a Sica; the only thing it might have done is let you buy the BPO's to put on the vehicle. If those are still in your possession, then there is no justification for a refund on the merc pack. If those are gone, CCP will get the items back for you based on your purchase.

You realize you could have played this game without buying the merc pack right? That means your purchase was unnecessary and was optional. Asking for a refund becaue of something unrelated is like saying, "hey McDonald's I want a refund because the the bathroom didn't have soap". You paid for the food, not the soap.
You also realize that this is an unfinished product as well, right? In a beta it should be expected that you might encounter a bug. If you didn't expect bugs, then you either 1) didn't read the blurb about this being a beta, or 2) decided it must not be true. Either way, neither is justification for your request (in my eyes). And I'm not saying this to defend CCP, only to point out that your logic seems flawed to me.
EDIT: One more point: you bought the merc pack from Sony. Seems to me that Sony is who you talk to about a refund not CCP. If I buy a game from Gamestop, I don't talk to the manufacturer for a refund. |

Look, we all understand your frustration.. its happend to all of us... we restock in the middle of a battle get disconnected, and suddenly our isk and items are gone....
However, you need to relax some... you are not doing anything to help your case.... throwing a fit never works... and if it does it is only cause of the weak minded person getting the fit thrown at.
You won't get refunded in anyway, and you are playing a beta... this is not even the real game... these game modes most likely won't even exist in the final version........ |

I guess throwing a tantrum works with mommy and daddy but not here in the grown up world. I will gladly give you the lunch money you spent if you promise to go away forever.
This thread should have been locked before the first reply as it is in violation of forum rules. Unfortunately there seem to be a lot of useless posts filled with tears and ranting from children throwing a tantrum in the forum lately over glitches or unfinished features IN A REAL BETA.
