Gallente Scout is actually pretty good. If they fixed the advanced version to have 3 high 1 low in consistency with the other suits then I'd skill into Scout. But sadly the ADV has 2,2 which makes no sense when STD is 1,2 and PRO is 1,4

Fox is right. I don't think they'll shorten the PR range, just give the combat rifle more range. As is the PR can hit far but it's well out the guns optimal range. The qq when combat rifles well be doubled. It's sad that I won't be playing it...

A Gallente's heavy weapon wouldn't be an HMG like you say. It would most likely be a handheld blaster turret, or a rapid fire plasma cannon.
