Haven't you noticed the shape of it? it does more damage to shields and is 100% a galante weapon but useless and worse than swarm launchers

Another problem: the fittings reqs on a STD Scrambler Rifle are already high enough that a MLT Amarr frontline suit would be at its limit for PG with a STD rifle. That leaves no room to jack up the fitting for a potential MLT version of the rifle. The only ready solution I see is making a MLT "assault" scrambler, since the assault versions of the scramblers have looser fitting. You'd presumably want to a STD assault version then though (otherwise you have a MLT assault scrambler, and the next one past ADV operation levels).

I assume the intention was a "strong vs Shield" version of the Forge gun. Being an anti vehicle, and anti infantry weapon. Sadly it's better at killing infantry then it is vehicles, and still isn't very good at the former. I'm interested to see how they change it in the next couple of patches to make it a more viable weapon.

However, the base weapon needs to be the standard militia Assault/Scrambler/Rail/Combat Rifle as that is what will be most intuitive to newer players. Since those weapons are not yet in the game, this won't get done for a while. Even THEN, things like the base scrambler rifle with heat damage and all is NOT noob friendly, so ... it's somewhat debatable.

Moar plasma cannons=moar fun

An easy clue is the names given to the prototypes. Boundless, Six Kin, Freedom etc - Minmatar Ishukone, Kaalakatakkawakkatoia, etc - Caldari If it wasn't for the names, it'd be even easier to confuse the two though. With the exception of swarms, missiles in this game aren't missiles at all. Just rockets.
