Reality is tere will be a partial respec, considering new skills added, old ones removed. Full respec is doubtful, if they did that everyone would get one, then their word of no more full respecs would be a mockery

Personally I think that all tanks with 180mm plates since 1.4 are ****/screwed. Right now the only viable builds are 3600 resist builds and 5100 resist/120mm hybrids. Speed/resist/dmg is the key to tanking atm.

removing gimmicks from the game would help. Make nades non refillable, stop Ugie pie players from abusing the MD, assign scanners as scout only. This would be a good start.
