the most bricked tanked proto scout shouldn't have moe than 400 ehp.... that would fix them because a seen scout should be a dead scout.... problem solved, role fulfilled.

my major issue with scouts is how much dmg they can soak up.. imo a proto scout should have a max of 400 ehp. I think right now they can get 600 easy...way too much
