What they should do is push the redline back for air vehicles like they do in Battlefield. That way you can fly in and deal with those redline tanks effectively.

I think a 2x or 3x booster would be ok. They only thing it would do is allow you to spec faster but you can't gain more power than someone that is already specced into something. I mean a 3x booster isn't going to allow you to skill up to level 6....
