The RR is "OP" in CQC because of AA. Take that away and I'm sure you'd see a huge difference. Problem is I don't see that happening.

Faction selection and what pub match you have on is saved to your console in the settings along with volume, sensitivity and such. It's not a big deal, just change it to the one you want to do.
