laser rifle just needs its proficiency changed to incorporate some of its overheat damage. the skill reduces heat build up and the proficiency increases the speed it dissipates. the skills don't work atm tho and the proficiency is worthless to us...

I use an advanced smg with my proto laser.. Don't regret it ever, even tho it costs more pg/cpu and only does 140 percent headshot damage. I kill almost everything except proto ar and dropsuits with it now, it's supports are being heavily trained...
