Your not alone i have the same issue and CCP refuses to comment on how salvage works. All the players i run with get 4x the salvage I do and I know some players get salvage 80% of the time.

edit: forums issues double posted >: ( to be constructive. The AFK fix doesnt work well, its easy to beat with a rubber band. Also the teams are still very unbalanced in most matches.
