Im finally going to complain because i have been playing dust since chromosome came out on this account. I have only found 10 gastun hmg's in that time period... i just feel really unlucky but could it be something else like my account is bugged? Please help it really isn't fair that my only officer i want and use i can never get. Sorry for the qq  |

Your not alone i have the same issue and CCP refuses to comment on how salvage works. All the players i run with get 4x the salvage I do and I know some players get salvage 80% of the time. |

Yeah i know right 10 gastun hmgs salvaged ever and i have 20k kills and i run a mix of skirmish and ambush  |

Not sure if it matters, but I've compared salvage with several guys in my Corp and it seems like to me that whatever you spec into, you get less salvage towards that role..... i.e.
I am spec'd into sniper rifles and a/r's and I have recieved very few Balac's a/r's and Thale sniper rifles, but, I have like 30+ each of the Gastun HMG and Forges.
I hardly ever use officer weapons, even in PC, so it's not because I'm losing those Balac's and Thales in battle.
Wish CCP would hurry up and implement the player trading so we can even this stuff out and get what we want. I'll probably never spec that far into HMG or Forges so what am I supposed to do with them? Are they going to just sit in my inventory forever??? |

The entire reward system CCP uses for this game is completely fubar.

The CEO of the corp I used to be in was skilled into AR's and he has 90+ Balac's and 90+ Krin's whereas I too skilled into AR's but only have 8 Balac's and 6 Krin's; we've both been playing since open beta started. Got an asston of crap I don't use though; probably would have even more if I actually got salvage for the other 3/4th of matches I play..
The entire reward system is completely fubar and that's all that can be fcking said of it. |

Why do I have 115 specialist sniper rifles and 96 EXO-5 Mass drivers? I have NO points into either of them! But I only have 13 Kalac'ss and 11 Krin's even though I have Prof. 5...
( only deployed with an officer weapon once, and that was to see if the AR's could actually overheat. They can btw) |

I am very close to 30 million and I have very little to show for the work I have done. It doesnt make since I do very well in a match and nothing. Join a match almost over and get a two items for salvage . No clue as to what is going on, so I just tell myself I am not worthy of gifts from the gods
