Chances are that dust is just using a placeholder model of the planet. I'm sure CCP will get it fixed so the planets are identical. Besides, it'd be easier using the same assets as Eve instead of created 10,000 or so new planets just for dust.

Id like the SP gain slower, but currently the sweetspot for skills is Lv 1, Lv4, and Lv5.. Thats when you get all the new modules... So they should add some stuff to Lv2 and Lv3.
