I agree with Salo, they should not be doing full damage at the edge of the radius. As an MD user myself, i have killed people with full armor in one shot when they were at the very edge of the blast radius, and that is a problem.

I am not a noob to this game, but lately i have found myself losing isk due to my expensive suits. The suit i normally run is only about 30,000 ISK a piece, but i die a lot, and the best suit i can run is just all militia, which doesn't help much....
