As i understand it, you don't need to be in a Corp to do PC.. you still can do Faction contracts for the NPC Corps in the Planetary Conquest map. Also Corps will be available to hire Mercs for their own battles.

I was going to agree with you, to you say; removing the 10% boost weapon damage only from the Tactical...I don't think you thought that one thoroughly. The full 10% damage boost in ALL weapons, needs to be rollback to what it was to start with. ...
