CLARIFICATION: You must go to the PSN store outside of DUST. Then go to Bundles and there you will find the Tactical Edition and to the left of the screen can click the Versions tab. The PSN store link inside DUST won't give it to you.

I wonder, will the sp system be like DUST or EVE? If the former, they can easily just change how much sp skills cost. So, they can screw you out of a lot of skill progression. If it is the latter then they truly could play us like a fiddle.
