Sort of. It worked for me. You have to dig a little. When you try to buy it, there is a 9.99 option and free option in a drop down menu. Its hard to explain cause the PSN store is a clusterf*ck. But its there, and it includes alot. i also got a 7 day active booster and 2,500Aur. For sure this is some kind of compensation. For the Europeans, if its not there now, it will likely be in the future. No way they are going to reward just North American players. CCP is not a U.S. company.

I have no drop down option when im looking at it.....at every stage.... before adding to cart, after, checkout... its always 9.99 Here since Closed beta. Scout for life.
