Bump. Reduce stamina but increase movement speed so it's inline with other suits' base speed. All the advantages of the amarr suit are balanced by the -1 slot. The movement penalty is just one straw too many.

The base speed should be the same as other suits. Armor modules already slow you down enoughGÇöthe base speed shouldn't be impaired on top of that. You might bring up the extra HP the suit starts off with... I'd counter by saying the missing slot...
