Maybe when the Covert Ops Cloak hits the market, it's not standard fit to any Eve ship, you have to fit a module for it, I imagine the same will be true here.

Yes advanced HAVs were both an issue and still are since most AV is ineffective at best this build. But the Sagaris for the most part dominated the Surya, they were just too fast and could run when they hit armor, now that won't help them. I think...

Armor Tanks are weaker against infantry because swarm launcher will fit any suit and is better against armor whereas the forge will only fit heavy class and is stronger against shield, so armor tank being better against tanks makes sense as shield...
