Pretty much what the subject says I know some people may want a cycle feature for your entire inventory, but from my experience, the only time I use the quick cycle rather then holding down and manual selection is in a fire fight ... and sometime...

From what it looks like, it's a draw distance issue, not a bug and not fully by design , probably by limitation. The unreal engine is a really good and flexible engine, but not best on PS3 hardware, so though it can support a huge level, it can't...
