Maybe cap the rate of fire for the mod controller users. But yea keep it mid to long range. Short range it should suck, make the hipfire spread huge.

True but Armour makes you slow, if you go with a lot of armour it doesnt matter how much you have or what weapon i'm using, your slow as hell. I could easily sneak up on you with my knives and stab you.

I don't know what it is but sometimes enemies dont stay on radar long enough like the full 16 seconds on the Quantum Active scanner. Or they just don't show up at all. CCP got any fixes for it?

The 10% boost is fine, we had it pre Uprising with weaponry. If your dieing a lot use more cover and move around a lot. As a Scout i rarely die because of my speed and my ability to flank the enemy.
