You can easily recreate the starter fits. Just select the Assault - XXX suit when creating a new fit, instant starter fit. Also: Dragonfly suit + Tox SMG are a valid fit. You should be able to earn a few ISK with that.

Well...we now have sensor masking equipment and skills, so your scanner might not be good enough to detect that player, although you see him...you can increase range and resolution with skills and equipment, just like you can reduce your signature.
