Wouldn't be a bad idea, I've always wanted two guns at once. It should use up the equipment slot on the suit. Like some sort of suit mod, that allows you to handle both guns at once.

Giving the Assault suit a bonus to the RR doesn't fix the RR's problem when in a Commando or Logistics players hands. Just tone down the hip fire to about half of what is was when it was crazy and put the charge up to .5.
