They'll release the date a week before it comes as always. Though, the previous few patches were launched on the first or second Tuesday of the month so the 3rd or 10th of December would be decent guesses (if they keep to this pattern of course).

No offence, but no. Or at least not yet anyway if CCP want to use such a cheap and exploitational way to leach money off of us. Say you buy a pack for -ú10 but got nothing of worth or usable by your character, that would be -ú10 completely wasted....

It's a CQC weapon so it doesn't need a range buff. It just needs its dispersion fixed so it's not laser accurate and stops confusing people. There also needs to be more heavy weapons. Namely a medium range one.

Why not just a 5% increase to projectile/explosive weapon magazine size per level? You'd still get the 100 round SMG, but you'd also get the bonus to the Combat rifle and Mass driver. And yes, I am aware that would give you a 10 round assault mass...
