You can't prevent spawn camping. Like in any other game it depends entirely on players. Either they play fair (pubs) or not fair.

Both RR and ARR are good but have hit detection problems as every Rail in this game. AScR has more range, damage and less recoil than AR. It was balanced towards armor because CCP can't balance. Guns are now good and more than good. FPS/Lag is not...
