Cloak changes won't hurt any scout roles ther are. Only one. Amarr with cloak turned on won't pick up reds on radar. Dealy won't affect SG and NK that much. You will wait x time (even if its secs) and then shoot em. You will see. So overvall....

Of course you can. You can go to 0 if you will play smart. If you dont want to waste isks, use proto suits with adv guns (100k+ fits). Theres 0 difference in adv/proto guns. Its just about color and cooler name :)
